What I love about this home is waking up to the sun rays streaming through the huge north and east windows in the morning filling the rooms with beautiful natural light. Also, that not only has all of the rooms are spacious, furnished and has been updated in some form or fashion but Is it also has a certain character and uniqueness all its own. It has a 100+ year old pecan shade tree in the front that drapes over most of the home. It sits on a corner lot in a Cul De Sac and ample parking. It has 6' and 8' privacy fencing all around the home. It has unique trim molding that grabs your attention when you walk into the home and it has one of a kind ceramic, slate and deco tile designs in the entryway, around the fireplace, in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. It is also located near parks, transportation, shopping centers and a waterpark.
