This home is conveniently located near to the DART West Irving Station with bus stops going to Dallas. It is very central to many shopping places like Walmart, Kroger and the Irving Mall. It is very near to Las Colinas where my husband works and we have hosted students from the University of Dallas since July , 2018. We are now a hosting a student who goes to a private school in Dallas and a UD student. If you are interested to rent a room starting in July or August, let us know. We love to cook and make Asian and American food, up to your choice. We love hospitality. Our house is warm and cozy with the newest appliances and updated decor. We have a swimming pool where you can swim and enjoy the warm sun and cool waters. We have a cute cocker spaniel, Tebow, who is house trained and friendly. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and feel like home.
My husband, Scott and I, Ting, have traveled to different countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and some European countries. We enjoy meeting people from different places. We enjoy the outdoors, especially hiking and sight seeing. We love to read, write, paint, draw, cook and take our dog out for walks.
We do not allow smoking, drugs or drinking in our home. I am an ESL teacher and tutor, so I can help out with ESL needs. I teach ESL at a flight school in Grand Prairie. My husband works in a Sales Forecast manager in a company in Las Colinas. We have 2 beautiful children who are grown in their 20's. We look forward to hearing from you.
