Hello:
This is a wonderful house and new furniture, good location, the community has a fitness club, high-end white community, safe and quiet. Everything included: water, electricity, gas, washer and dryer. Wifi and direct tv, etc. very close to high way . 2 rooms share one bathroom.
You will like the house. I am a easy going, friendly and easy to get along with. Looking for someone who is pleasant as well as an addition to my home .The tenant is expected to be a student or a real job person with no bad habits, no alcohol or drug abuse, and no criminal record...
Protect the health and safety of both parties due to the influence of COVID 19,hopefully the tenant has been vaccinated.
